Released for the 2023 model year, the third-generation Sequoia is closely related to the contemporary Toyota Tundra and represents a major shift for the nameplate. Toyota retired the long-running V8 in favor of a twin-turbocharged, hybridized V6, delivering improved drivability, increased torque, and enhanced efficiency while maintaining the Sequoia’s full-size capability and off-road focus.
